Villa Karmen
Villa Karmen is located by the sea in the place Zaostrog near Makarska. Considering it’s position on the very end of the town, it guarantees privacy, peace and quietness, and with the scents of pines and the sea, you will enjoy the song of waves and crickets. You can enjoy the view of the endless blue sea that reaches the peninsula of Pelješac, and the islands of Korčula, Hvar and Brač on one of the three terraces Villa Karmen disposes of.
You will spend the majority of your time on the central terrace – sunbathing, enjoying the company of your friends, dining or simply relaxing, in the full sense of the word. The upper terrace is intended for sunbathing, and the thrid terrace, equipped with a big outdoor fireplace, is shaded by a grapevine and a fig tree. Due to the natural features of the area, the sand beach, located at the very front of the house, is accessible, except to the guests of the Villa, only from the sea.

Biokovo, stretching in a NW-SE direction, is a part of a mountain range Dinaridi. Its flora is extremely interesting and rich, and a fusion of different elements can also be found there. Although not fully explored, the fauna of Biokovo is altogether unique and diverse.
At the end of June 1981, six children claimed that Our Lady had appeared and introduced herself as the Queen of Peace inviting the world to live in peace and reconciliation. Ever since, Međugorje has been known throughout the world as a source of extraordinary graces and a meeting point for millions of pilgrims of different nations and races. An unending stream of pilgrims is constantly rising, the interest for Međugorje is becoming stronger, and the reaction to it is even more intense, spiritual and massive.
A museum built on the authentic ruins of ancient Narona in Vid, near Metković city. It’s a sensational finding of the ruins of a Roman temple Augusteum and 17 marble sculptures of natural and unnatural size.
Located on the Trebižat river, Kravice Waterfall is 120 meters wide and around 28 meters high. In the past, there were many active watermills and stamping mills for making broadcloth. Near Kravice on Trebižat, there is also a waterfall Koćuša.
The Walls of Ston are, without a doubt, one of the greatest construction endeavors of 14th century, whose original length was 7000 meters. They consist of the Ston Walls, Mali Ston (Small Ston) and the Great Wall with three fortresses. Its walls and fortresses are fortified with 10 round and 31 square towers, and 6 semicircular bastions. Since an adaptation to the rough terrain and military advancements was necessary, it took almost four centuries to complete the complex fortification system.
